In a significant step towards strengthening the law enforcement infrastructure in the state, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath distributed appointment letters to 1,374 Assistant Operators and 120 Workshop Staff selected for the Uttar Pradesh Police Telecommunications Department.

The recruitment was conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board through a transparent and merit-based process. Speaking at the appointment ceremony, CM Yogi emphasized the government’s unwavering commitment to fair and corruption-free recruitment in all departments.

“The youth of Uttar Pradesh are talented and deserve opportunities purely based on merit. This recruitment drive not only reflects our transparency but also the digital and technical evolution of our police force,” he stated.

The event also highlighted the role of the government’s digital infrastructure in modernising the police communication systems, paving the way for better coordination, efficiency, and public service delivery.
