VTuber Ironmouse, cofounder of VShojo, has left the agency, citing over $500,000 in unpaid dues and charity delays. Her exit prompted VTubers to remove agency tags and speak out. While fans rallied behind her, VShojo has made no public statement so far.
Singer and VTuber Ironmouse announced her departure from VShojo, the VTuber talent agency she co-founded. In a YouTube video posted Monday, she said the agency failed to pay her a large amount of dues and did not fulfill charity payments. According to her, over $500,000 in dues and donations are still unpaid, including funds owed to the Immune Deficiency Foundation.

Ironmouse, one of the most followed VTubers globally, shared the news with her 1.3 million YouTube subscribers. She said that both personal dues and pledged charity contributions had not been paid by the agency. VShojo has not responded publicly to these claims at the time of writing.

Reactions from fellow VTubers and ex-VShojo members

Several VTubers from VShojo, including Michi Mochievee, AmaLee Monarch, Kuro, Froot, Kson, Haruka Karibu, Henya, and Hime, removed “VShojo” from their X handles following the announcement.

Michi Mochievee posted on X, “im sorry.. i legally cant say anything yet rn, but im just honestly so tired.. please support mousey… please take care of yourselves.” Her post drew supportive responses from fans and creators.

Geega, who exited VShojo in June, reposted the donation link shared by Ironmouse for the Immune Deficiency Foundation, captioned with: “You know what to do.” Another former VShojo talent, Zentreya, also commented, “My heart hurts for the VSHOJO Community … these have been super confusing months … Support those who you can and please stay strong.”

Indie VTubers respond to agency concerns

Independent VTuber and streamer Shoto revealed that he had once been in talks to join VShojo. “Fun fact, I was contacted for an opportunity to join VShojo back in 2023 and I’m very glad it didn’t go through. Please support Mouse…,” he wrote on X.

Voice actor and VTuber CyYu also responded to the unfolding events, joining other indie creators in voicing concern and support online.

Fans express worry over agency accountability

Online forums and social media posts reflected fan concern over the state of affairs at VShojo. On Reddit, one user commented, “If Ironmouse of all people is leaving VShojo, then something concerning may be happening behind the scenes.” Another user on X wrote, “Imagine the amount of issues that aren't public,” raising questions about whether more problems exist within the agency that haven’t been shared.

There was particular concern over transparency in financial matters, especially around charity-related transactions. Users stressed the importance of VTuber agencies maintaining clear accountability in financial operations.

No official response from VShojo yet

As of now, VShojo has not issued a public response to Ironmouse’s statement or to the concerns raised by the community. With several of its known talents distancing themselves from the brand and major voices speaking out, the situation has left the VTubing community seeking clarity and accountability.
