In a recent heartwarming moment, the two biggest fans of Vaibhav Suryavanshi drove all the way for 6 hours to meet the IPL star. The post goes viral and melts hearts; netizens react that he is not a boy; he is an era. Read more here.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi, the 14-year-old Indian cricketer, has already become a fan favourite after his spectacular performance in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 and also in the Under-19 series against England. It has been months since the IPL series got over, but the craze around Suryavanshi refuses to die. Most recently, the young batsman experienced a heartwarming fan moment when two girls drove 6 hours just to meet Vaibhav Suryavanshi, as per the Rajasthan Royals (RR) post on Wednesday, July 9.
RR bought the young player from Rajasthan Royals for Rs 1.10 crore (1.10 Indian Rupees) during the IPL 2025 mega auction, but the left-handed batter grabbed massive attention from fans by owning a couple of stunning records, including being the youngest player to hit a century in IPL. He is also the youngest and fastest Indian player to do so.
On the other hand, in the youth cricket against England, the player also smashed a 52-ball hundred, notching up the record for the fastest hundred in youth cricket, even breaking Sarfaraz Khan's decade-old record.
Recently, Suryavanshi showed a brilliant performance in the U-19 youth ODI series that helped India secure a 3-2 win. The batsman is now gearing up for the Youth Test Series, which is scheduled to begin on July 12 at the Kent County Cricket Ground in Beckenham.
Well, apart from the matches and endless victories, Suryavansi is once again making headlines due to a heartwarming fan moment. In a heartfelt moment, two girls, named Aanya and Rivaa, who claim to be Suryavansi's biggest fans, drove a six-hour-long road trip to Worcester just to meet him.
But what made the incident even more interesting was that both the girls donned RR pink jerseys, which is Vaibhav’s team. RR took to their X (formerly called Twitter) to share the photographs of their meeting, which quickly went viral.

As soon as the picture surfaced on social media, it quickly went viral and grabbed the attention of fans. One said, "Drove more hours than total no. of RR fans 😭🙏"
While another added, "This is not a boy, it is a complete era." "It's time to make these fans happy by winning 1 more IPL championship trophy," another added.
"And yet u disrespect us by saying nothing Abt transfer rumours. What goodness/happiness have u given for ur fans??? Nothing! Only heartbreaks after heartbreaks!"
