Okaya's Ferrato Disruptor Offers 129 Km Range At Competitive Price; Features Inside

Okaya EV's premium brand Ferrato has launched its first electric motorcycle, the Disruptor, in India. The Disruptor enters the market with a starting price of Rs 1,59,999 (ex-showroom) and promises a range of 129 kilometres on a single charge. The motorcycle features a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) with a chain-driven system, offering a peak power of 6.37 kW and a top speed of 95 km/h. Scheduled for August 2024, Ferrato's debut deliveries mark the dawn of a new era in eco-friendly mobility solutions, promising a transformative journey for riders embracing sustainability.

The motorcycle is equipped with a 3.97 kWh Lithium-ion LFP battery designed for better thermal management in hot weather conditions, a common concern in India. The battery boasts a longer life cycle compared to conventional NMC technology and comes with an IP-67 rating for dust and water resistance. Okaya is offering a 3-year/30,000 km warranty on the battery. Riders can choose between three riding modes- Eco, City, and Sports - for optimal performance based on their needs

Focusing on safety and comfort, the Disruptor features disc brakes on both wheels, alloy wheels, telescopic front suspension, and a mono-shock rear suspension. Additionally, the motorcycle comes with a digital-hybrid display for easy access to ride information. You can choose from three cool colours– Red, Blue, or Black– to match your own style with the Disruptor electric motorcycle.

The Okaya Ferrato Disruptor also integrates Bluetooth and GPS connectivity, allowing riders to connect their smartphones for features like navigation, geo-fencing, and real-time vehicle tracking.
