She packs her bags and heads straight to Hong Kong.


What she finds shocks her: Jiang Qiaoxi, worn down by hardship, living in near-poverty. Witnessing his daily battles, Lin Qi Le finds herself speechless, her anger dissolving into empathy.

Yet, even as she reaches out, Jiang Qiaoxi resists reconciliation. Unwilling to give up, Lin Qi Le continues to pursue him - but her relentless efforts push him to the edge. He collapses from exhaustion and falls ill. It’s only then that Jiang Qiaoxi sees the depth of her love.

Realizing how much she’s willing to endure for him, his emotional walls finally begin to break. He cradles Lin Qi Le in his arms, rushing her to the hospital and refusing to leave her side until she recovers.
