Free Fire MAX India Cup 2025 (FFMIC): Registrations to open on July 7; check eligibility rules and steps to participate

The wait is finally over for Free Fire fans in India; one of the most awaited events in the Indian esports arena for Free Fire MAX is set to explode soon! Garena has officially announced the Free Fire MAX India Cup 2025, which is believed to be a landmark tournament set to bring top-tier competitive action and a significant prize budget to the country.

Meanwhile, fans have been eagerly waiting for years to witness the moment and return to the true glory of Free Fire esports in India.


According to the official post of Free Fire India on their Instagram, registrations are set to kick off on July 7th.

The FFMIC 2025 registrations will take place in FFC mode (Free Fire Club) in the game during the open window from July 7 to July 13, reported Sports Tiger.

• Minimum rank: All members need to have a minimum rank and level for registration, which is Diamond 1 and Level 40.
• Online qualifiers: Only the top 48 shortlisted teams will advance to the online qualifiers.
• Maximum players: Every team will play a maximum of 12 games, and among them, only the top 8 scores will determine the team's final ranking.
• Team roster: If you want to change your team roster, then you must first disband the team, and the team that has played at least 1 game will not be allowed to disband.
• Team division: Players are allowed to participate in multiple teams for FFC (either single, substitute or using multiple accounts).
• Must be a citizen of India: All the players participating must be citizens of India and reside in India.
• Number of members: Teams need to have a minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 5 players.
• Reading the rule book is a must: Players must read the tournament rule book before participating in the Free Fire MAX India Cup 2025.

All the players must be at least 16 years of age on matchday; also, this will be subject to the submission of a consent from a parent or guardian if a player is between the ages of 16 and 18.


Once the players match all the rules mentioned in Free Fire MAX India Cup 2025, they can enter the FFC mode with their squad and can play up to 12 matches.

The registration will kick off from July 7, 2025 (10:00 IST) till July 13 (23:00 IST).



According to InsideSport, the tournament is open for all, and as per rumours in the esports community, major organisations have already geared up.

Additionally, big names like GodLike Esports, who recently announced their new Free Fire MAX roster, and K9 Esports have confirmed their intent to participate, promising a high level of competition from the start.
