The Great Indian Kapil Show and its cast are known for their comic takes on everything trending and topical. This time, Krushna Abhishek and Kiku Sharda took on the roles of the 45th and 47th U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un. They portrayed these characters during an episode featuring Raghav Chadha and Parineeti Chopra, leaving not just the audience but also the guests in splits. The act included references to Trump’s history of backtracking and more. Here’s everything you need to know about the viral clip from Kapil Sharma’s show.


In a clip that’s going viral, Krushna, playing Donald Trump, can be seen telling Raghav Chadha that if he becomes his guru, he’ll help resolve any future fights between him and Parineeti. When Kapil questions why he would do that when the couple isn’t fighting, Kiku, playing Kim Jong Un, chimes in, saying that he’ll be the one to start the fight in the first place. He concludes with, “Yehi iska main kaam hai” (This is his main job), to initiate the fight and then resolve it himself.

The internet, in simple words, found it hilarious. People commented that the show is pretty much playing with fire, but no matter what, it’s just too funny.

Trump once suggested removing Palestinians from Gaza but walked it back after global criticism. While he has recently called for a ceasefire, he has avoided pressuring Israel directly, offering mixed signals that reflect a transactional rather than unwavering stance on the U.S.-Israel alliance.



Taking to X, Vir Das mocked Trump and wrote , “The frustration of having shot a great bit about Trump and India that you now have to reshoot because bro keeps changing the script every five goddam seconds.”
