Google Pixel 10 colour: The first alleged renders of the Google Pixel 10 have surfaced online, revealing significant design changes and bold new colour options for the upcoming flagship. The images suggest a flat display, a thinner camera bar, and a matte frame finish—departing from the glossy look of the Pixel 8 series.

One of the most eye-catching changes is the new sky blue colour, hinting that Google may again experiment with playful hues in its next release. Though it’s still early, and official details are yet to be confirmed, the leak provides an exciting preview of what fans can expect.

As always, Google could make design refinements closer to launch. But for now, these images give us the clearest indication yet of the Pixel 10’s aesthetic direction—and it seems Google is ready to be bolder.


Google's official teaser for its highly anticipated Pixel 10 series has turned Monday gloom into excitement. The Google Store subtly changed its homepage on July 21 to confirm the launch date and provide the first image of the next generation of smartphones.

The Pixel 10 is prepared to take centre stage at the upcoming Made by Google event, which is officially scheduled for August 20, with the opening of pre-orders on the same day. August 28 is probably when shipping will begin.


Peony, Wintergreen, Porcelain, and Obsidian were the available colours for the Pixel 9. The leak claims that the Pixel 10 will only retain Obsidian. It seems likely that Peony, Wintergreen, and even Porcelain, which has been a mainstay in Google's smartphone portfolio for years, will be replaced.

Three new choices—Indigo, Frost, and Limoncello—will take their place. Frost is a gentle, subdued blue that is strikingly comparable to the blue hue of the iPhone 15 from a few years ago. The original Google Pixel, which was likewise blue, is reminiscent of Indigo.

The phone stands out thanks to its rich, deep appearance. What about Limoncello? It's nearly parrot green, more akin to the green of the Pixel 7 than the Wintergreen of the Pixel 9.



According to leaks, the Pixel 10 series will mostly stick to the design aesthetic that the Pixel 9 lineup created. As a result, the iconic horizontal camera bar on the back should be retained, coupled with high-end components including a robust aluminium frame and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for display protection.

All versions are anticipated to have an IP68 water-resistant rating, guaranteeing exceptional durability.

Although the general form factor is still the same, with glass backs and flat screens (maybe with slightly curved edges on Pro models), minor improvements are expected. Rumours hint at a possible switch to a quicker ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.


It is anticipated that Google's in-house Tensor G5 chip, which is the next generation, will be the main attraction. According to rumours, TSMC will be producing this new CPU using a 3nm technology, replacing Samsung as the main chip manufacturer for Google's Tensor line.

According to certain sources, the TSMC 3nm process is predicted to perform 25% better overall than its predecessor, improving efficiency, thermal management, and raw processing power.

The Pro and Pro XL models may have up to 16GB of RAM, while the basic Pixel 10 is expected to have 12GB. It is anticipated that storage options would vary from 128GB to a substantial 1TB, especially for the Pro variants.


For Pixel phones, cameras are always the main attraction (get it?). The pun?

This also applies to the Pixel 10 series. The biggest purported improvement is the first-ever addition of a telephoto lens to the standard Pixel 10, which was previously only available on Pro models. This could greatly increase the regular Pixel's adaptability.

However, rumours indicate that the primary and ultrawide camera sensors of the base Pixel 10 may be slightly downgraded to make room for the new telephoto lens, using parts from the Pixel 9a.

The Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL, on the other hand, are anticipated to keep the same camera configuration as their predecessors, most likely with a 50MP primary sensor, 48MP ultrawide, and a 48MP 5x telephoto lens.


It is anticipated that the display sizes would mostly stay the same as those of the Pixel 9 series, measuring roughly 6.3 inches for the standard Pixel 10 and 10 Pro and 6.7 inches for the Pixel 10 Pro XL.

It is anticipated that the Pro variants would use 120Hz LTPO OLED screens with a reported maximum brightness of 3,000 nits. With improved brightness, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold's cover display is also rumoured to expand to 6.4 inches.


Battery capacities typically experience slight increases throughout the lineup. The Pixel 10 Pro may have a 4,870mAh battery, while the normal Pixel 10 may have a 4,970mAh battery. According to rumours, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold will get a major jump to a 5,015mAh capacity, making it the largest foldable non-silicon carbon battery.

A new "Pixelsnap" accessory ecosystem and support for Qi2 magnetic charging are reportedly rumoured, along with a minor boost in charging speeds.


With an expected starting price of Rs 90,000, the Pixel 10 will compete with the iPhone 16 and the soon-to-be iPhone 17. The more expensive Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL models may cost more than Rs 110,000, solidifying their position as premium flagships.
