Fondly known as TaeKook, BTS' youngest duo - Kim Taehyung aka V and Jeon Jungkook - sent ARMY into a frenzy with a spontaneous Instagram Live. The unannounced stream caught fans completely off guard, sparking squeals, chaos, and a mad dash to screen record. Broadcast from a car in Los Angeles, the duo were seen vibing, dancing, and effortlessly radiating that irresistible TaeKook chemistry fans adore.

But for ARMYs across Asia, the joy came with a sting - the live happened past midnight their time. Many were asleep and woke up to chaos on X (formerly known as Twitter), heartbroken to have missed it live. Some fans even shared that they never received a notification, making the situation all the more painful.

BTS comeback countdown begins


All seven members - RM, Jin, SUGA, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook - who completed their mandatory military service by June 21, 2025, are gearing up for a major comeback. The group is currently in Los Angeles preparing for their upcoming album.

On July 1, BTS held their first full-member OT7 live since 2022. During the Weverse live, they shared stories about their two-month U.S. boot camp and confirmed that their much-anticipated spring 2026 album is in the works - along with a global tour that will follow.
