Addressing the valedictory ceremony of the Diamond Jubilee and 19th National Jamboree of Bharat Scouts and Guides at the Defence Expo Ground, Vrindavan Yojana, he urged participants from across India and abroad to carry the memories of this landmark event back to their regions to promote the vision of a developed India and global brotherhood.
